India Graduates Many, Too Few Fit to Hire (could this be also the Philippines?)

India projects an image of a nation churning out students who are well educated, a looming threat to the middle-class workers of the West. But in reality, companies are having increasing difficulty finding employees.  Problems include overbearing bureaucracy and a focus on rote learning rather than critical thinking and comprehension.
